Cum tits means that a male has ejaculated on (see also: creamed) her topless boobs. Cum tits are the logical aftermath of a male masturbating onto her tits or a titfuck session or a blowjob. Performing the same activities while not being topless does not lead to cum tits but to cum tops. Cum tits require, that her breast area was directy targeted with his jizz. Dripping cum from her cum mouth does not count as cum tits.
