Creamy skin

Creamy skin is smooth, pale, unblemished skin that seems as though it should feel like silk if touched (and often does).  Creamy skin is sometimes described as "alabaster" (especially in romance novels).  Although some men like their women to have a dark tan, others prefer the classic look of creamy, white flesh.
