Fake tits

A discrimating expression for enhanced titties. Usually used when the breast looks too good to be true, which means the titties have been shaped via the procedure of Breast enlargement into an ideal shape which cannot be created by mother nature.
To the reasonable observer, the tits are never fake. The tits are the skin and fatty deposits under the skin. These are real. Artifical implants may be under the REAL tits.
