Sexy halter tops are sexy tops worn by females and typically do not have sleeves or backs. A neck strap holds the sexy halter top up, and a back strap holds it in place. Some buttons may close in the front, while others fasten in the back. Many styles of sexy halter tops exist, and many do not cover the belly. They are distinguished from bikini tops in that the front material generally encases more than just the breasts. Some are almost vest-like in their appearance from the front. Sometimes called simply a halter.
