Pussy mound refers to the soft, fatty area that covers the pubic bone on the front of a woman. This is the area that would typically be covered by pubic hair. The pussy mound is especially pronounced when a woman is lying on her back. Some are more visible than others.
In British wit, Fanny Hill was a play on words to the pubic mons. In Britain, fanny is a woman's pussy, and the hill is the mound.
