Orgasm is the conclusion of the plateau phase of the sexual response cycle, shared by both men and women.
[edit] Female Orgasm
A female orgasm primarily caused by physical and mental sexual stimulation is preceded by erection of the clit and increased flow of pussy juice. Then the clitoris moves inward under the clitoral hood, and the labia minora become darker. As the orgasm becomes imminent, the outer third of the vagina tightens and narrows, while overall the vagina lengthens and dilates and also becomes congested from engorged soft tissue. The uterus then experiences muscular contractions. A woman experiences full orgasm when her uterus, vagina, anus, and pelvic muscles start a series of rhythmic contractions. The majority of women consider these contractions to be very pleasurable. Unlike men, women do not ejaculate and thus have a very short period to recover and can experience a second orgasm soon after the first. some women can even follow this with additional following orgasms. This is known as having multiple orgasms. After the initial orgasm, subsequent climaxes usually are more intensive or more pleasurable as the stimulation accumulates. Not all women can experience an orgasm.

Male orgasm is reached after direct stimulation of his penis. This stimulation can be caused by sexual intercourse or masturbation, basically any sexual stimulation of the penis may eventually result in ejaculation and orgasm. During orgasm, a male experiences fast rhythmic contractions of the anal sphincter, the prostate, and the muscles of the penis. These contractions typically force cum to be expelled through the penis's opening through typically 3 to 5 'loads'. The process generally takes from three to ten seconds, and is usually considered highly pleasurable. Unlike females, following ejaculation, a man cannot achieve another orgasm during the following refractory period usually of several minutes up to hours.
