Orgasm is the conclusion of the plateau phase of the sexual response cycle, shared by both men and [[women]] usually following sexual activities like for example having [[sex]] or enjoying [[masturbation]].

== Female Orgasm ==

A female orgasm primarily caused by physical and mental sexual [[stimulation]] is preceded by [[erection]] of the [[clitoris]] and increased flow of [[pussy juice]]. == Male Orgasm ==
Male orgasm is reached after direct [[stimulation]] of his [[penis]]. This stimulation can be caused by sexual [[intercourse]] or [[masturbation]], basically any sexual stimulation of the penis may eventually result in [[ejaculation]] and orgasm. During orgasm, a male experiences fast rhythmic contractions of the anal sphincter, the prostate, and the muscles of the penis. These contractions typically force [[cum]] to be expelled through the penis's opening through typically 3 to 5 'loads'. The process generally takes from three to ten seconds, and is usually considered highly pleasurable.
