[[Scat]] is technically the word for animal shit.  In human sexual terms, a fetish involving scat play is known as coprophilia. Perhaps a useful description would be 'shit play'.  This could involve a fascination with or arousal from any of the following:

* watching someone shitting
* smelling shit or the combination of genital excretions and shit on panties or underwear or, preferably, a live person
* eating shit or watching someone eating shit (known as 'caviar')
* hearing the 'naughty' noises generated during the act of shitting
* Autocoprophagy - as goldfish often do! Eating ones own shit.

Scat is probably considered by most people to be an '[[extreme fetish]]'.
