The "brutal" type of hiding [[face]] is to blur the face of the model after the shot has been taken. However, this method is not optimal. The blacked-out face disturbs the pictures. Some viewers do not give superb [[votes]] to photos showing blurred faces. [[rejection|Reject]] contri use butterflies, hearts, or other cut-n-paste clipart figures to hide a face, or they may add a larger blur over such distracting edits. Blur, block out, or crop the face if the identity of the model must not be shown.

The best way to hide identity is to hide the face when the photo is shot. The photo will not need any post-modifications.
