[[Nipple pumping]] is another means by which to temporarily get the nipple out of it's inverted state. Methods to cause inverted nipples to portract include:

- Plastic surgery of the nipple(s), which risks her capacity to lactate as well as might turn her nipples numb for sensations.<br>
- Piercing of the inverted nipple(s) while erected outside. The piercing will prevent the nipple to turn back inside and over the time loosen the nipple tissue<br>
