Usage of RCBB is included in the RC membership fee. At peak times more than 2 pictures are being uploaded every second. Several cyber communities "live" on RC BB, some of them since more than 7 years. RCBB is not moderated, however random checks are done by administration. It is not tolerated to post anyone else's pictures on RCBB. The violation ratio at RCBB is extremely low, only 1 out of 10,000 pics are being reported or removed. RCBB never sleeps. It has become a kind of tradition for singles and lonely hearts to cybermeet at RCBB at Xmas evening or 31st December. Even on those days the posting rate never dropped below 1 posting every 10 seconds.<br>
