Flashing on balconies

Flashing on balconies is the flashing of a woman, typically a girlfriend or wife while positioned on a balcony. Balcony flashers often welcome photos to be taken of them. Balcony flashers can be spotted on balconies during ongoing parades and shows on the street below them. Balcony flashers are very often under the influence of alcohol, which does not mean that they aren't nice to look at or to be photographed. Balcony flashers often appear in little groups encouraged by their friends or the crowd beneath them.
