The honeymoon begins after the wedding. It consists of that first night together and many include a vacation to some exotic location. Thousands of dollars are spend on matching luggage, airline fares, hotel rooms, and meals so that the happy couple can hang a "Do not disturb" sign on the doorknob for the week. You can tell honeymooners from long-time married couples. Honeymooners never get a tan when traveling to beach front hotels. Long-time married wives carry their own luggage, too.
