Public parks are lands set aside for the enjoyment of the public. No better enjoyment of the lands than for naked ladies to roam freely about the park. The parks were created for two reasons:
- As a public and healthy location for sex.
- To give ladies the opportunity to walk around naked while being photographed by dressed men.
Unfortunately, not all public parks make these legal activities.
