Alerted comments

Comments which have have been flagged, marked or tagged as inappropriate. Human monitors and automatized routines ("Bots" called Sharky) will look at the referenced comment and remove it if it is inappropriate plus eventually block the author of the comment from further access. In order to come to the attention of the monitors, several VWebbers need to flag the same comment.
