Tits that have undergone breast enlargement or any other type of plastic surgery for example breast reduction surgery. Enhanced tits have an altered size, shape, firmness and feel. Today's plastic surgery can produce any shape and size she wants. 98% of all enhanced tits have been enlarged while only 2% have been reduced in size. Enlargement is usually done by placing implants made of saline, silicone or soy oil into her tits.
