A prominent, visible panty line or VPL ("Visible Panty Line") occurs when the outline of someone's panties becomes visible through her clothes. A visible panty line usually appears on her butt and quite less often on her front side. The major cause for panty lines are the panties and not the shape of her ass. Most panty brands offer special panty cuts which have optimized invisible panty lines. The worst panty lines are drawn by white cottons. Panty lines are a target of pantyline voyeurs. If you can see more than just the lines of her panties, you are witnessing a see through ass!
A less frequently used definition of VPL is "Visible Pussy Lips", but for that you're better off going to cameltoes.
