The main goal is to wear the smallest bikini possible, often reduced to the bikini bottom, which means topless, or a see-through bikini while covered by water in the sea, a lake, a river or a pool. Sexy swimming does not require being technically able to swim (which means to stay on top of the water): It is enough to stand or knee in the water.
