Leotard
A snug fitting, stretchable one-piece garment that covers the torso (not full body), but leaves the legs free. Many have snaps at the crotch so they don't have to be removed for lower-body activities. It differs from a unitard in that a unitard have long legs. Not to be confused with a catsuit.
