Fans

Fans are VWebbers who closely associate themselves to one or more of their favorite contributors. Regular contributors will notice the same names frequenting their contri and leaving glorious comments and usually vote SUPERB regardless of the image quality. These familiar names are often considered the contributor's fan-base.

Fans are a welcome to many contributors, but some fans will also vote POOR on any other contributor who might challenge their favorite for a top ranking. This downvoting has minimal effect, but exists. Contributors routinely disassociate themselves with fans who engage in such unfair practices.

Fans are also electrical appliances that can be used to blow and lift a sexy lady's skirt up.
