Leggings
Leggings are a type of skin-tight clothing covering her legs and not her feet. In general leggings can be described as a pantyhose not covering her feet. Leggings are usually made of a thicker fabric than pantyhoses like Lycra, but there are also leggings made of thin nylon or a blend of both materials.
Leggings are often worn under skirts or even under shorts. Leggings came into fashion during the 90's and came back into a new recent fashion trend around 2010. Also around that time a new type of "shiny" leggings became trendy and could be seen on the streets quite often. Besides the new shiny "wet-look" also leggings started to become shorter since 2010: Quite many leggings stop right under her knees, called "short leggings". In 2012 it became trendy to wear leggings without any skirt or pants above those. This puts her ass and crotch under elastic material onto public display, leaving no doubt about the shape of her ass and quite often producing public cameltoes and visible panty lines and made leggings a subject of voyeurism and candid photos. A special type of leggings are called see-through leggings are to some degree transparent.
