"What I Saw" is a Voyeurweb section for contri submitted by a contributor who is generally not known to the subject/model. There is no requirement for the subject to not know their image is being taken. Erotic Events, such as Fantasy Fest, NAP, and Mardi Gras, will have ladies willingly pose for pictures by people unrelated and unknown to them. WIS is a place for these sorts of images to be shown, as well as images taken unbeknownst to the subject.
Voyeurweb determines the section where a contri will be posted - not the contributor.
