Inebriation is the result of drinking too much alcohol. A nice way the police say that you are too drunk (inebriated) rather than telling you that you are fucked up.
Once inebriated, exhibitionist tendencies sometimes reveal themselves: see Mardi Gras and Fantasy Fest. Once totally inebriated, friends can either take mercy on you or humiliate you.
