Sadism

Sadism is sexual pleasure found in the infliction of discomfort, suffering and pain upon another person or persons. The lightest form of sadism is verbal sadism. This form can be found on Voyeurweb's Bulletin board manifested as serial bashers. The physical form of Sadism is neither found in words nor pictures at VW and related sites.

Origin of the word: "Sadism" is named after a French writer from the 19th century Marquis de Sade because of the detailed depiction of sexual torture and humiliation in his books "Justine" and ""120 days of Sodom" which caused public outcry at the time.
