Couple masturbation is any type of masturbation which appears in strict privacy of the couple (while the other person of the couple is allowed to watch). This means that other people than the husband, spouse, boyfriend or girlfriend are not supposed to watch or document the act of masturbation. Couple masturbation usually takes place in bed.
Opposed to couple masturbation are
- Hidden masturbation: Masturbation in strict privacy
- Public masturbation. Masturbation with the intend that others might watch.
