High heels at wrong place means, that a woman wears her high heels at locations and during events or activities where high heeled shoes are either not appropriate, very impractical or simply do not make any sense at all. This is a sport by its own: The annual winner is who managed to wear high heels at location where "normal" people don't even dream about wearing heels!
