Invasion of Privacy

One of the three corners to the Voyeurism Triangle. Upskirts, dressing rooms, toilet cams (a.k.a., sewer cams), peeping Toms, and alike are all images taken without the consent and knowledge of the subject, when that subject has an expectation of privacy. These images are not presented at Voyeurweb.

Limitation - Upskirts are shown in the What I Saw section, but only when the subject should be fully aware that others can see - dancing on an elevated platform, or when the subject is sitting in a manner that a person at normal viewing level can see, for example, sitting on stairs in a short skirt. The same can be said of a person who does not close their dressing room door, they are allowing public viewing of their wardrobe change. A person standing by their bedroom window and changing clothes for anyone on the public thoroughfare does not have an expectation of privacy. People relieving their bladder in public also should not have an expectation of privacy.

Voyeurweb does not consider this photo as an invasion of privacy. They should have known better.
