Nudist
Nudism and naturism are very similar, and refer to a cultural and political movement of practicing, advocating and defending social nudity in private and public spaces. It is a mindset. Many nudists are typically found at nude beaches, however a nude person on a nude beach is not necessarily a nudist. Exhibitionists may be, but are not necessarily, nudists. An exhibitionist is more focused on showing off at locations where nudity is not expected, while a nudist is an advocate for the existence of places where nudity is the accepted practice.
There are Nude resort and naked hotel and swingers hotel. Each caters to a different group and establishes different sets of rules. Some places may combine or have overlapping areas for the various groups allowing the residents set the limitations and guidelines.
Nudists attract voyeurs. While nudists do not mind other nudists seeing their bodies, many object to being shown to non-nudists. Many naturists simply do not care, they live a more open lifestyle. Most people, nudists and naturists alike, do not differentiate between the two words. Exhibitionists want to be seen, but many of them still which to control who can see them.
