Pearl necklace
A Pearl necklace, in sexual terms, refers to when a man ejaculates on the woman's chest, typically above the tits and below the chin. The resulting splatter of white globules of cum can resemble a pearl necklace. Often times this takes place when the woman is giving a blowjob but decides not to allow him to ejaculate in her mouth.
