Post-coital means after insertion of the penis into the vagina. Post=after, coitus=insertion

Common post-coital activities might include cleanup, cuddling, settling the bill, getting the hell out of your best friend's bedroom, finding the other part of the broken condom, removing the bag to see what/who you just did, entering unconsciousness, making introductions, gnawing off your arm to escape, hoping that she finally conceived on that squirt so you can finally get a break, etc.
