Date Stamp

Date Stamp is not a stamp to mail your dating partner home, and it is not a milder form of a tramp stamp. Date Stamps are the creation of camera companies with nothing else to offer. When the date stamp is turned on, the camera will place the date or time in the corner of the image. Of course, the people who have no idea how to turn off their camera's date stamping feature also have no idea how to set the proper date. As if they would RTFM.

Many digital cameras also have this useless feature. Digital images carry the date in many forms - the file creation date and also the date is included in the EXIF as part of the image file that the computer system can read as well as many photo editing applications. If you want the date added, you can simply add it with a photo editor application on a COPY of the original.

An image with a date stamp tends to distract the viewer from the sexy lady. When the idea is to show the lady, no date stamp should be used, especially if it is covering any part of her.

Cropping is one means of removing the date stamp post-processing, if you left it turned on or simply cannot figure how to turn it off. At the very least, learn to set the correct date/time.
