Piercing
To make a small hole in a body part for the purpose of wearing jewelry in or from the opening. Pierced earlobes are the most common piercing. Body parts that are becoming popular to pierce are belly buttons, nipples, pussy lips, tongues, noses, eyebrows, lips, penises, scrotums, etc. If it's possible to pierce, then somebody has done it.
In addition to "piercing" meaning the act of making the hole, the word "piercing" can also refer to the hole itself.
