Sandwich is a sex position used during threesome sex and includes double penetration in a combined pussy fuck and assfuck.
The female is positioned between one male under her and one male above, thus feeling like a hot dog between the upper and lower part of a bread and therefor called "sandwich". Typically the male at the bottom is penetrating her pussy while the male on the top goes for anal sex. However it is possible and feasible, that both males share her pussy. This is called double pussy penetration or DPP. The extreme sandwich would be that both males penetrate her anus, but this is something you can mostly find in porn videos only.
